The mayor's assistants and the members of the Archaeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun Foundation, headed by Mr. Semir Osmanagic also attended this meeting.

The prominent Egyptian experts stated again that they were very impressed with what they saw in Visoko and the surrounding area, adding that they believe the continuation of the excavations is necessary to the framework of the Foundation's research program.

According to one Egyptian expert, Pr/Dr. Mona Fouad Aly, further archaeological work is required in order to understand the civilizations behind the structures in Visoko. She added that many years of research are needed to accomplish this goal.

Pr/Dr. Nabil Swelim is one of the most prominent Egyptian experts on the pyramids and stated again his belief that one day Bosnia and Herzegovina will challenge Egypt to the title of the "Country of the Pyramids"

He pointed out that it will take at least 15 million KM for excavation of one side of the Pyramid of the Sun. According to Dr. Nabil Swelim, only then will be known how and who built the massive pyramids in Visoko's Valley.  

The Foundation's executive director, Mr. Ahmed Bosnic, commented about the importance of this project, not only for B&H, but for the whole of Europe.

"I would like to ask people from Visoko to get involved in this project, and with their enthusiasm, Visoko will regain the glory that it once had"-Mr. Bosnic said.
